TRACKING YOUR ORDER
At our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned, when applicable, to packages immediately. You will receive a tracking order with 24 hours of your order being process. However, it may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. Even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours.
Orders placed on www.yagolicious.com may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchased, the shipping method you selected during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s).
SHIPPING METHOD AND COST - USA
Expect to receive your package via Standard Delivery service within 3-7 Business Days of receipt of your payment. If you require same day or next day processing or if your order is otherwise time-sensitive, please indicate this by selecting the appropriate service at checkout. Depending on the total value of the contents of your package, it will be sent either via UPS Ground Service or United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail, unless otherwise specified.
• Packages valued at under $200.00 USD will usually be via USPS First Class Mail.
• Packages valued at over $200.00 USD will usually be shipped via UPS Ground Service.
• International Orders will usually be sent by USPS International Priority Mail, unless otherwise specified and available.
Yagolicious reserves the right to select the most expedient and secure method for shipping all packages, at our sole discretion.

Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Processing Time: Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by the end of Monday. All 2nd Day and Next Day orders must be placed by 12:00 Noon, Eastern Time to be processed on the same business day. If placed after this, your order will be processed the following business day.
Packages sent via USPS Standard Shipping generally do not require a signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for theft at an address that you provide us with. Once your package is delivered, our responsibility for that package ends. We cannot take responsibility for packages stolen at your address.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Time in Transit: The time in transit for International Orders will vary significantly from the above. Please be aware that typically, it takes 2 - 3 business days to process order including the preparation of customs forms, and between 6 - 10 business days for it to arrive to you after it has been shipped. Please do not expect International Orders to arrive any earlier than 15 business days from the time your order is placed. Additionally, your country's Customs Authority has the right to hold your package for any reason or no reason at all, for anywhere to 1 - 30 days of receipt. Should this delay occur, Yagolicious unfortunately does not have the authority or ability to make any changes to or expedite your order. Please feel free to contact your customs authority for more information.
Pricing: Your shipping price will vary depending on the weight and value of the package.
PAYMENT
Full and complete payment for products and services must be received before products are shipped or services are rendered. Yagolicious uses PayPal as a method for purchasing your order on www.yagolicious.com. It enables any individual or business with an email address to securely send payments online. With a PayPal account, you can choose to pay with your credit card, debit card, bank account, or PayPal account balance for any purchase you make. For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match the criteria. Your credit card and bank numbers are never seen by the seller or merchant. Plus, you're 100% protected against unauthorized payments sent from your account.

SALES TAX AND CUSTOM FEES
We collect sales tax only where there is a Yagolicious vendor.
International Customers please note that you will be responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by your government. Please be aware that these fees will usually be collected by the shipping agency upon delivery. Please note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at check out.
DISCOUNTS AND CODES
We may offer discounts with certain coupon or promotional codes. Follow these simple steps to redeem a promotion or discount code:
On the Payment page in Checkout, enter the code exactly as it appears in the box that says "coupon".
Codes are case sensitive. Click "Apply." If your discount qualifies, it will be displayed in the payment summary.
WISH LIST
If you find products on www.yagolicious.com that you wish to save but not purchase immediately, you may register with Amazon.com to add them to your Wish List. Your Wish List saves items even after you leave our site, making them easy to relocate and purchase at any time. Items in your Wish List will remain until they are purchased, removed, or go out of stock. You can access your Wish List any time by signing into your Amazon.com account with your email and password.
Options in the Wish List:
When you are ready to purchase an item from your Wish List you will be able to purchase your selected items through Amazon.com secure checkout. If you wish to continue shopping on while viewing your Wish List, you may do so but the items in your Wish List registered with Amazon.com have to be purchased via Amazon.com. Items your ready to be purchase online immediately can be purchased at Yagolicious.com. Email your Wish List to friends and family. To share your Wish List with others, simply click on "Email Wish List" and follow the prompts.Remove an item from your Wish List. Simply click the link and your Wish List will automatically update to reflect this change.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders or parts of an order may be cancelled by our system for various reasons. Possible reasons include:
Unavailable item(s)
Difficulty in processing your payment information
Inability to ship to address provided
Existence of a duplicate order
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an important notice via email. It will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be reprocessed and must be submitted again on our website.
Customer Requested Cancellations: After your payment has been sent you cannot cancel or change your order*. Our system is designed to process and ship orders immediately.
*Note: You may only cancel your order if you receive an email notifying you that: One or more items in your order are on backorder. (You may only cancel the backordered items
RETURN
Because the hygienic integrity of our products is of the highest importance, Yagolicious does not accept returns on used cosmetics. While we are aware that some retailers do offer returns on used items, we are similarly aware that some of these merchants will then resell the same used merchandise. To ensure that our customers only receive product in unused, pristine condition, we do not engage in this practice. This policy pertains strictly to all merchandise, at Yagolicious.com. Any merchandise that arrives damaged or is missent to our customers will be immediately replaced, and no additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer. You must report damaged products within 24 hours upon receipt, so that the appropriate claims can be filed. Neglecting to do so and/or use of the products despite the damage constitutes acceptance of the item in the condition it arrives in, and renders us unable to file the appropriate claim, which can result in the refusal of your return.
Only products purchased directly from Yagolicious.com, whether by website or telephone may have a damage item replaced.. If you have purchased Yagolicious products through one of our distributors, please contact them for information regarding their return policy.
