Yagolicious Cosmetics unconditionally guarantees all products we manufacture and sell at our online store to be free of defects of workmanship. We will gladly replace or refund you for any defective items you wish to return.
Please Note the Following Limitations: Any return items must be return 7 to 15 calendar days from the date the merchandise is delievered to billing address.
Any returned items that have been laundered or altered in any way can not be return or exchange will not be approved for return.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
All returns need a confirmation number before return will be processed. To receive your confirmation number please send an email with the subject line
RETURN- YAGOLICIOUS,
in capital letters.
Replacement: When the returned item is received , we immediately process a new order for your replacement item and ship you a replacement item with no additional charge.
You will receive your replacement item within 2-3wks
Refund: When the return item is received the value of your returned item will be credit back as soon as our Returns Department has completed the transaction of your return
